    The cookies here are so yummy, especially the dark chocolate chip flavor! The lady who helped me order was nice too, letting me know which flavors were customer favorites. I don't live in San Mateo, but my good friend does! When I found out this shop delivers (!!) I sent some cookies her way. (You can order on their website direct but I think they're on DoorDash too.) They even helped me type out a quick happy birthday message. She loved both! Thank you so much for going above and beyond! You've got a happy customer for life!

    Cookies here are soo good! I tried all of the flavors and they're all good. The cookies are soft and chewy and not too sweet. They're even good straight out of sitting in the fridge for a week. I can't choose a favorite cookie because they're all good so I recommend you try everything. If sugar intake was not a concern of mine, I will always have some of these cookies sitting in my fridge.

    Picked up two dozen cookies the day before a birthday party (couldn't pickup same day for logistical reasons), and they were still great. Antoine's cookies are a crowd pleaser for kids and adults alike. I really like the walnut chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia, or semisweet macadamia the nuts help balance the sweetness. Of course, kids usually don't like nuts in their cookies, so their favorites are chocolate chip and honeycomb (chocolate covered toffee). Brought the cookies to a park and easy to set down the cookie boxes and just eat by hand - way more convenient than cake when simplicity is necessary. This location is in downtown San Mateo with a compact storefront. Best to order ahead if picking up a larger order as they can sometimes be busy.

    I've been coming here for years and spent hundreds of dollars on their cookies. They're the best cookies you can buy, seriously. They just taste simple and good. Always chewy in the middle, especially the snickerdoodle. You'll never see a line longer than 3 groups, but it's because they're just so fast at getting you your cookies. You are in & out and I appreciate that. It's a steady flow of customers. There was one time I didn't realize the cashier mistakenly overcharged me until I left the shop. I walked back in and she immediately gave me a refund while apologizing. Really great customer service here.
